When you don't speak the language, you learn to read everything else.
I spent 11 years away from Utah, almost a decade of it immersed in Asia, the Pacific and Europe, without speaking the language or local dialects. Depending on the kindness of strangers taught me to connect with people instantly, to read what they feel but don't say, and to say no so kindly it never cost me a friend.
Today I'm a Certified Body Language Academy by Joe Navarro Instructor and the creator of the CROWN Protocol™. In 2026 I was one of 22 trainers to learn new behavioral analysis methods directly from Joe Navarro, methods the FBI and CIA haven't learned yet. Now I teach professionals, executives and emerging leaders what those years taught me.
My sessions mix stories, live demonstrations and practice in the room.
