For event planners

Easy to book. Easy to work with.

You have enough moving parts. Here's what you can count on.

Early, on time and flexible

I arrive early, stay late and adjust when the agenda shifts. Your schedule stays your schedule.

No AV disasters

If the projector dies, the session doesn't. I can deliver the whole thing with zero technology.

Built for your room

Before the event we talk about who's in the audience and what's going on with them, so the examples sound like their week.

A backup plan you approve

If something keeps me from your event, you choose: a full refund, or a replacement from my network of 21 certified body language trainers. You approve them and cover only their travel.

Everything you need to promote it

Bios in three lengths, headshots and topic descriptions, sent the day you book.

Absolutely no naps

Live demonstrations, people on their feet practicing, and plenty of laughter along the way.

Questions planners ask

FAQ

What does it cost?

Leadership development programs run $45,000–75,000 for a group of up to 20, and include a before-and-after skills assessment plus bonuses of your choice. Full-day workshops start at $12,500, half-day workshops at $8,500 and keynotes at $7,500. All prices are plus travel. If you book a program within 90 days of a keynote, the keynote fee is credited toward it. These are corporate rates; small businesses, nonprofits, faith-based groups, youth groups, first responder agencies and local government can ask about community rates.

Can you customize it for our industry?

Yes, every session is. We talk beforehand about your audience and the situations they actually face, and the examples and practice are built around them.

What formats do you offer?

Every topic comes four ways: a 3- to 6-month leadership development program (a kickoff workshop, monthly group sessions and a before-and-after skills assessment, plus bonuses of your choice), a full-day workshop (6 to 7 hours), a half-day workshop (3 to 4 hours) or a keynote (45 to 90 minutes). Any of them can be paired with one-on-one coaching for your executive and management teams.

What do you need from us on the day?

A microphone, a screen if you have one, and a room where people can stand up and move. If the technology fails, the session still runs.

Will my team learn to spot lies?

Lie detection is a hotly debated topic, even among body language and detection experts, and if something isn't academically solid, scientifically based and tested extensively in the real world, I don't teach it. What your team will learn: body language is a crucial indicator of someone's state of mind, and how to respond to what it's telling them.

Do you travel?

Yes. I'm based in northern Utah and available anywhere: in person across the USA and abroad, or virtually.

What happens if you can't make it?

You choose: a full refund, or a replacement from my network of 21 certified body language trainers. You approve the replacement and cover only their travel.

Is this about changing who people are?

No. You choose the signals you send. I show you what they're saying, so you can decide whether that's what you mean.

Got a date and a room full of people?

A free 15-minute call. Tell me about your audience and I'll tell you which session fits.
